Figure News: Bakuretsu Tenshi’s Amy 1/8 PVC for July

The final figurine (probably) of the Bakuretsu Tenshi series by Alter, Amy, will be released in July. Amy is just… a regular cliche kid hacker prodigy. Her character design isn’t interesting and she’s there to make up the numbers. I will still get her, just to make up the set. Actually I don’t like Sei too but I’m getting her for the same reason. I don’t think Takane ( the Osaka Police Biker) and Maria ( Jo’s nemesis) will be figurised.
Oh no! One legged pose! I hate these.
Now that is what I call a skimpy skirt. What skirt? It’s probably the same length as my watch strap. Oh I can’t call it length… it’s more like width in this case.

The sculptor of this Amy figurine is the same guy, 田中冬志 (Tanaka Fuyushi), who did all the previous three, so the designs are very consistent and they look very good in a set. That’s why I’m getting all of them.
The stuffed toy Amy’s holding is actually her personal computer. She’s the most childish (maybe not… Meg is.) of the four and her mischievous demeanor is aptly portrayed here with her act-cute pose.

What really impressed me about this figure are the explicit details and the smooth features. This figure, unlike others, gave off a “clean” feeling.
